Management Drives Americas is partnering with Skout to build a network of certified consultants to share best practices in the use of culture and values diagnostic tools to drive performance.
The consultants who use Skout’s tools in their work come from different disciplines and expertise.
Skout works hand-in-hand with consultants across North America to implement our management tools in the workplace. Our goal is to provide the tools, training and support necessary to effectively identify and quantify values-driven characteristics within the organizations served.
Management Drives
We work with both consultants currently engaged and with firms seeking to bring our tools to the market in conjunction with their own services. Skout offers you the option of becoming a certified Management Drives® consultant, or of working with our consultants to bring our tools to your clients.
